[Lv 1]: Consume 1% HP, ATK +8, ATK +1%
[Lv 2]: Consume 2% HP, ATK +16, ATK +2%
[Lv 3]: Consume 3% HP, ATK +24, ATK +3%
[Lv 4]: Consume 4% HP, ATK +32, ATK +4%
