damage of Cross Ripper Slasher.
Spinning counter lasts for 5 seconds and can
be accumulated maximum 10 times and will be
reset on position changes, like Back Slide.
Requires Katar.

[Lv 3]: ATK 290%/AoE: 5x5 cells
