Description: Increases Movement Speed
and FLEE rate of yourself and party
members. However, Movement Speed will
not increased if a similar effect, such
as Increase Agility, has already been
cast. Skills which decrease Movement
Speed, such as Quagmire, cancel the
Movement Speed increase from Wind Walk.
