attacks that have 100% HIT rate and will
ignore enemy\'s Defense, and increased
Movement Speed. However, 2% of caster\'s
HP will be drained with each attack on
monsters and 8% will be drained with
each attack on other players. In this
status, attacking when the caster\'s
remaining HP is less that 20% of MaxHP
will instantly kill the caster.
