Consumes 1 Face Paint.
[Lv 1]: FLEE -10, Variable Cast Time +20%,
Duration: 10 seconds
[Lv 2]: FLEE -20, Variable Cast Time +30%,
Duration: 15 seconds
[Lv 3]: FLEE -30, Variable Cast Time +40%,
Duration: 20 seconds
