If there is no target afflicted with
Crimson Marker in the targeted area,
Hammer of God will drop on a random
location within the area.
Damage additionally increases according
to the amount of Coins used and
the caster\'s Base Level.
Consumes all Coins.
Requires Rifle class weapon.
