temporarily cannot re-equip Helmets. On
monsters, this skill will temporarily
reduce their INT by 40%. Skill level
and caster\'s DEX as well as
the target\'s DEX affects the
success chance and the target\'s DEX reduces
the Strip effect\'s duration.
