emits a tornado-like attack, which can immobilize
the enemy for 1 second. Increased damage
depends on the weapon\'s weight and skill level,
but the Casting Time and After Skill Delay
increases with skill level as well.
Requires Spear, One-Handed Sword
or Two-Handed Sword.
