Gaining access to Varmundt's Mansion

Requirements

1. Speak with Lucky in Cor at the north eastern area, at the sewage (sp_cor 255, 285). The entrance has been unlocked.
   
2. Speak with Lucky again to enter the Sewage Treatment Plant. He tells you a colleague might have fell in the sewage water.
3. Click on ??????????????? near (ba_pw02 93, 89). The location is marked on your minimap.
   
4. Bring 1x Yggdrasil Leaf (610) and talk to Dew again to save him.
5. Go meet Magie on the other map, by entering the portal on the middle left (ba_pw02 8, 149).
6. Upon entering the map, Magie will talk to you. You meet with the old crew.
7. Meet with Alp at the north western portal (ba_pw01 87, 290) and talk to him. He will warp you to the next area.
   
8. Once inside, speak with Lacis (ba_in01 20, 319).
9. Speak with Tamarin near the entrance (ba_maison 70, 145). You need to register as a guest before being able to navigate through Varmundt's Mansion. You will receive 5x Varmeal Tickets and some experience.
   
10. Speak with Mansion Manager Alpha right above Tamarin (ba_maison 74, 150), to complete your registration as a guest of the Mansion. You have unlocked the Playing with Pitayas quest. You have unlocked the Lost in Time instance quest.
11. Speak with Mansion Manager Alpha again. She tells you there is a problem with the relay network. You have unlocked: Potato Chips (Eorpa's Request) daily quest; Sewage Treatment Plant Cleanup daily quest; First Power Plant Cleanup daily quest; Checking the Underground Condition quest; Silence in the Library! quest; Bathroom Monster quest; Water Garden quest; the Dew quest; the Hidden Flower Garden instance quest.
12. You can continue the main quest with Relay Network Repairs.

Note: at this point you have unlocked access to Varmundt's Mansion Garden. If you leave the map and want to go back, you have two options:

• Go ask Nillem in Cat on Bullet pub (Einbroch > walk to (einbroch 302, 326) > NPC is at (pub_cat 86, 105)) to warp you back. He will charge 500 zeny each time. The first time you ask him to warp you, he will also give you the Magician's Bell.
• Use the File:34519.png Magician's Bell (34519) (given by Nillem or bought in Varmundt's Mansion Garden for 10,000 zeny): double-clicking on it allows you to call Nillem anywhere to ask him to warp you to Varmundt's Mansion Garden, with a 500 zeny fee each time. The Bell has a 20 minutes cooldown.

Relay Network Repairs

1. Talk with Tasty at the restaurant (ba_maison 146, 109).
   
2. You will need to look for a Broken Beta (on the same map) and get 1x Automatic Doll Communication Chip (1000232).
3. Return to Tasty and talk to her. You will be rewarded with 5x Varmeal Tickets.
4. Go to the next Repeater at (ba_maison 334, 143) and talk to it. You will be rewarded with 5x Varmeal Tickets.
   
5. Walk near Gaduli (ba_maison 245, 206) to progress. You will be rewarded with 5x Varmeal Tickets.
   
6. Return to Mansion Manager Alpha (ba_maison 74, 150) and speak to her. You will be rewarded with 15x Varmeal Tickets. You have unlocked the Supply and Demand for Reserve Parts daily quest.
7. You can continue the main quest with The Hidden Story.

The Hidden Story

1. Talk with Philofontes (ba_in01 206, 106) at the Teahouse. The Teahouse is located at (ba_maison 105, 65). They do not trust Philofontes's documents.
   
2. Speak with Dien next. To get a neutral point of view, you'll have to talk with the automatic dolls of the Mansion yourself: Yunas (ba_maison 189, 56), Adoren (ba_maison 249, 161), Skippy (ba_maison 318, 169), Cleaning Robot (ba_maison 357, 291), High High (ba_maison 232, 310).
3. Return to the Teahouse and speak with Lucky. Select Evidence of communication with enterprises.
4. Speak with Ridsh next.
5. Speak with Kaya Toss.
6. Speak with Lucky again.
7. Meet with Kaya Toss outside (ba_maison 103, 92) and talk to him.
   
8. Speak with Dien next to him (if Dien doesn't show up, talk to Kaya Toss again).
9. Speak with Kaya Toss again. You will be rewarded with 15x Varmeal Tickets.
10. Talk with Tatio (ba_in01 205, 109) at the Teahouse. You will be rewarded with 20x Varmeal Tickets.
11. You can continue the main quest with Tracking Illusion.

Tracking Illusion

1. Meet with Lucky right outside (ba_maison 116, 67), outside the Teahouse.
   
2. Look for 5 Manager Betas around the Mansion.
   
   The locations are: (ba_maison 150, 47); (ba_maison 221, 193); (ba_maison 208, 87); (ba_maison 314, 146); (ba_maison 207, 276); (ba_maison 70, 256); (ba_maison 64, 187); (ba_maison 275, 313); (ba_maison 338, 267); (ba_maison 131, 197).
3. Meet with Elena Bolkova at (ba_maison 303, 141). You will receive 10x Varmeal Tickets.
   
4. Go to the guests' rooms at the top left of the Mansion area, near (ba_maison 100, 320).
5. Once inside, speak with Rebellion to enter the guarded room.
   
6. Speak with Elena Bolkova. You will need to get: 10x Fluorescent Liquid (7326); 10x Broken Sword (7110).
7. Return to Elyumina inside the room (ba_in01 15, 147). You will be rewarded with 10x Varmeal Tickets.
   
8. Speak with Erst outside of the room (ba_in01 51, 157).
   
9. Talk to her again to start the Twilight Garden instance:
   1. Once inside, talk to Erst at the entrance.
   2. Move to the right and a cutscene will trigger. Kill the Heart Hunters and then talk to Erst.
   3. Move to the next location (1@bamn 208, 281). Kill the Heart Hunters.
   4. Talk to Erst.
   5. Talk to Amanda and follow her. Talk to her again once she stops walking.
   6. Defeat the Heart Hunters and then talk to the Intruder.
   7. Defeat the Heart Hunter Commanders.
   8. Talk to Amanda and follow her. Talk to her again once she stops walking and watch the cutscene.
   9. Talk to the Intruder again, next to the Repeater.
   10. Go back up a little and talk to Amanda, follow her.
   11. Talk to Erst.
   12. Move to the Hangar to the middle left side area (1@bamn 33, 221).
   13. Once inside, approach Faulty and a cutscene will trigger.
   14. Defeat him.
   15. You can leave the area with the left portal.
10. Speak with Erst outside of the room again (ba_in01 51, 157).
11. You can now enter the real Hangar area (ba_maison 33, 222).
12. Once inside, speak with Smart Ellie (ba_in01 26, 266). You'll be rewarded with 15x Varmeal Tickets. You have unlocked the Hey! Sweety! daily instance along with 2 of its daily quests.
13. When you leave the Hangar area, Philofontes and Crux will appear.
14. Talk to Crux. (Note: if you chose to depart later, Crux will appear in the guests' room, at (ba_in01 48, 146).)
15. Once you get warped to the Prontera Castle, a dialogue will trigger for Nyhill's coronation.
16. Move to the room below and speak with Nyhill. You have now finished Varmundt's Mansion main story quest.

Silence in the Library!

4. Go near the portal to trigger a cutscene, in the Library. You'll get warped in the next area.
   
5. Speak with Library Manager Beta at the entrance.
   
6. Go and watch the cutscenes at these 5 locations (marked on your minimap): Mark (ba_lib 84, 85); Tamarin (ba_lib 96, 208); Maggie (ba_lib 112, 266); Oliver (ba_lib 199, 233); Alp (ba_lib 293, 234).
7. Return to Library Manager Beta. You'll get 5x Varmeal Tickets with some experience. You have unlocked: Ultimate Bookworm daily quest; Ultimate Book Organization daily quest; Guardian Parts Cleanup daily quest.

Bathroom Monster

Requirements

1. Speak with Sinsa at (ba_in01 384, 38).
   
2. Go inside the Meditatio Bath floor with the portal above.
3. Speak with Sinsa again at (ba_bath 165, 43).
   
4. Head to the Boiler room and speak with Boiler at (ba_bath 286, 68). You'll be rewarded with 7x Varmeal Tickets.
   
5. Go meet with "Lucky" at (ba_bath 270, 94), he tells you to go to the lake.
6. Return to Sinsa at the entrance of the map and speak to her. It was a fake Lucky.
7. Talk with Lucky again at (ba_bath 203, 58) and watch the cutscene. You'll need to set up traps with 4x Ice Trap (1000100). You'll be rewarded with 7x Varmeal Tickets.
8. The first trap is at (ba_bath 55, 55).
9. The second trap is at (ba_bath 306, 121).
10. The third trap is at (ba_bath 21, 276).
11. The fourth trap is at (ba_bath 155, 305).
12. Move near (ba_bath 286, 298) and speak with the Monster.
    
13. Speak with the creature again.
14. Speak with the creature yet again. This time you'll be rewarded 16x Varmeal Tickets and some experience. You have unlocked: Help With Hard Work daily quest; Bathhouse Cleaning daily quest.

Water Garden

5. Once you've killed a Silva Papilla, speak with Sayhu.
6. Then speak with Elyumina above, you'll be rewarded with 20x Varmeal Tickets and some experience. You have unlocked the Water Garden instance with its 3 daily quests, obtainable from Sayhu.

Checking the Underground Condition

4. Investigate the Lock at the top right corner of the map, near (ba_2whs01 274, 290).
   
5. Return to Chirp one more time, you'll get 3x Varmeal Tickets.
6. Investigate these three locations (marked on your minimap) and you'll get 1x Emergency Key (1000102) each: (ba_2whs01 110, 218); (ba_2whs01 14, 282); (ba_2whs01 222, 257).
7. Return to the Lock at the top right, you will be warped one floor below. You have now gained access to the basement of the Tartaros' Warehouse.
8. Talk to the Head on the left side of the room, near (ba_2whs02 37, 312).
   
9. Go through the pile of Junk at (ba_2whs02 31, 50) for a body and you'll get Automatic Doll Parts (1000101).
   
10. Go through the pile of Junk at (ba_2whs02 129, 82) for an arm and you'll get Automatic Doll Parts (1000101).
    
11. Go through the pile of Junk at (ba_2whs02 129, 82) for legs and you'll get Automatic Doll Parts (1000101).
    
12. Go back to the Head at the top left corner and assemble the body. You will get 3x Varmeal Tickets as a reward.
13. Talk to Chirp back on the first storage floor (ba_2whs01 150, 51), you'll get 6x Varmeal Tickets and some experience. You have unlocked: First Warehouse Floor Cleanup daily quest; Underground Warehouse Cleanup daily quest.
